No! You don't have to be at the store — we sell your items for you. We're open Monday–Saturday, 10 AM–6:30 PM (48 hours a week). That's like saving $2,000+ on payroll!

You keep 100% of your sales when customers pay with cash. If they pay with a credit card, a small 3.99% fee is deducted from your sales.

Payouts happen on the 1st and 15th of every month. Checks are available for pickup on the payout dates.

Your space is ready when you are! No contract — go month to month. You can start any day of the month. For example, start on the 12th and your rent is due on the 12th of each month.

We do a simple agreement with the rules and your contact info — it's month to month, no long-term contract. If you decide not to continue, just let us know 5 days before your next rent is due and pick up your items.

No deposit required! You just pay your rent on the day you start, then on the same date each month.

We accept cash, Cash App, Venmo, and Zelle (no credit cards for rent). Your next month's rent can also be deducted from your sales payout!

No key needed — you can come in any time during store hours (Mon–Sat, 10 AM–6:30 PM) to restock or organize your area.

All items must be new — not pre-owned. Prohibited: items with bad words, religious-specific items (faith/hope/positive items are okay!), political items, vulgar or adult items, witchcraft, used clothes, used shoes, used jewelry, and weapons.

We provide gold hangers to match our store aesthetic. Please keep clothes seasonal (summer styles in summer, fall in fall, etc.) and wrinkle-free — you can borrow our steamer if needed! 👗

We keep a sales log sheet for each vendor. When an item sells, we write down the description, date, and payment method used. 📊

Yes! We ask that you share your items weekly or daily and tag us — we'll re-share your posts. We'll also share some of your items, and we host lots of in-store events that bring in shoppers! 📣

No long-term contract! We sign a simple rental agreement with your info, your amount, your start date, and our general terms.

No! Chica Boutique has a sales tax permit — we report and pay all sales tax that comes in through our boutique and vendors. 🧾

Yes, please provide shopping bags, jewelry boxes, tags, tissue paper, and any extra items for bagging up your items. 🎁

Yes! Everything must have a price tag and a code for your items. Please use a label maker or printer — no handwritten tags. We can lend you a price gun! 🏷️
